Sexual Harassment

It is illegal for a manager or co-worker to engage in inappropriate physical contact, require an employee to engage in a sexual relationship in exchange for employment or make inappropriate, sexually oriented comments to an employee. Sexual harassment can occur in a variety of circumstances. Victims of sexual harassment can be men or women.
